Questions & Answers

What tests are included?

Baseline includes tests for cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, core endurance, flexibility, and balance. Each test takes 1-2 minutes and requires no special equipment—just enough floor space to move.

How is biological age calculated?

Your biological age is derived from your performance across multiple functional domains, weighted by their association with health outcomes in published research. It reflects your body's functional capacity compared to population norms.

How accurate is this compared to lab-based testing?

Baseline measures functional performance, which complements but differs from blood biomarkers. Studies show functional capacity is strongly predictive of healthspan and longevity—often more so than individual lab values.

How often should I test?

We recommend monthly assessments to track meaningful changes. Functional capacity shifts gradually, so testing more frequently than every few weeks won't show significant differences.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment required. All tests are bodyweight-based and can be done in a small space. You'll just need a timer (your phone works) and a flat surface.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is private and never sold to third parties. We use it only to generate your results and track your progress over time.
